IRSA ASM 2025 REGISTRATION

There are three registration options available:​

Option 1: ASM Registration plus discounted IO Symposium Registration
&
Option 2: ASM only Registration
​
All full ASM registrations include attendance at all scientific sessions, morning/afternoon tea and lunch, Happy Hours, Welcome Function, ASM Farewell Dinner.
There is a discounted option for Nurses, Radiographers and Medical Students that excludes all social functions.
​
ASM plus IO Symposium registrations include as above plus registration for the IO symposium which includes all scientific sessions, morning/afternoon tea and lunch, and the Tuesday Happy Hour.
​
One Day Registrations for Nurses, Radiographers & Students do not include any social functions or Happy Hours. These can be purchased separately.
Tickets to the social functions can be purchased for Accompanying Persons.

​Option 3: IO Symposium only Registration

​​IO Symposium Registration includes all scientific sessions on Tuesday 29th July, morning/afternoon tea and lunch, and the Tuesday Happy Hour.​

Industry representatives wishing to attend the ASM are only able to do so as part of a sponsorship package. Please refer to the Sponsorship Proposal for more information.​
​
Accompanying Persons:
Tickets can be purchased for Accompanying Persons to attend the Welcome Function and Farewell Dinner. These can be purchased as an optional add-on through the online registration portal.
​
Should you wish to purchase these tickets later, they can be added by accessing your original registration. Please contact NC Events if you require assistance.
​
​Accommodation:
​
Early booking of accommodation recommended. Visit the Accommodation page to view options. Bookings are made via the registration portal.
​
CPD
CPD points will be available.
​
Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations prior to 1st June 2025 will be refunded less a 10% administration fee.
​Cancellations between 2nd June - 27th June will be refunded less 50%.
​Cancellations after the 28th June will not be refunded.
